Role Description The Architect role at Incentro Arquitectura is a full-time, on-site position located in Mérida, YUC. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing design drawings and technical documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout all project stages. Daily activities include preparing plans, sections, and elevations; contributing to 3D models and visualizations; supporting design reviews; and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role also involves participating in client meetings, supporting project planning and scheduling,



collaborating with contractors and consultants, and helping manage project deliverables to meet quality and time expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration between architectural solutions and structural, MEP, and other specialist systems.
- Experience with Software Development concepts is beneficial for coordinating with digital tools, BIM workflows, and automated design or documentation processes.
- Competence in Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking milestones, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Mexico, particularly in Yucatán.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
