About the role PolicyMatcher (by Marketcall Inc.) is a pay-per-call platform where licensed U.S. insurance agents buy live inbound Final Expense calls. As an Account Manager, you'll own a book of U.S. insurance agents and agencies from the moment they sign up. You'll get them set up, funded and taking calls, then keep them active and growing. This is a phone-heavy, outbound role that combines onboarding with ongoing account management.

What you'll do
Onboarding
- Call every new registration the same day (ideally within 1 hour during business hours)
- Qualify new signups and walk them through identity verification, funding their balance and campaign setup
- Stay with each client until they receive their first live call
Account management & retention
- Monitor your accounts and catch issues early: low bid, low balance, agents offline, paused campaigns
- Re-engage inactive accounts and bring them back
- Grow your accounts: higher budgets, more agents, more campaigns
Support
- Handle client requests via phone, email, live chat and Telegram
- Triage call disputes, refund requests and billing questions
- Pass recurring issues and feature requests to the product team

What success looks like
- Fast first contact with new signups (target: under 1 hour during business hours)
- Activation rate: % of signups that get funded and receive their first call
- 30- and 60-day client retention
- Reactivated inactive accounts
- Quick response times across all channels

What we're looking for
- C1+ / near-native spoken English, with a neutral accent easily understood by U.S. clients




- Comfortable making 30+ outbound calls a day
- Confident handling pushback from busy, skeptical, commission-driven clients
- Strong phone presence; you can run an onboarding call and move into account management naturally
- Organized and self-directed, able to own a pipeline of accounts without close supervision
- Experience in account management, customer success, client-facing sales support or a similar role

Nice to have
- Knowledge of U.S. insurance (Final Expense / life)
- Experience in pay-per-call, lead generation or call centers
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)

Schedule & setup
- Fully remote, anywhere in Mexico
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours (approx. 8:00–17:00 Mexico City time)
- Your own computer, a quality headset, stable high-speed internet and a quiet place to take calls
Compensation
- MXN 25,000 per month + monthly performance bonus based on client activation and retention
- Independent contractor engagement, paid monthly
