Responsibilities: • Performs operational activities independently in accordance with established procedures, work instructions and operational requirements.

Qualifications: • Operational knowledge typically acquired through practical experience, vocational preparation, on-the-job training or equivalent workplace experience.
• Ability to independently perform operational activities in accordance with established procedures, standards and work instructions.
• Good understanding of relevant equipment, tools, materials, systems or operational processes within the area of responsibility.
• Ability to identify routine operational issues and support resolution through appropriate actions and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality, productivity and safety standards while managing multiple operational activities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to support less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and demonstration of established work practices.
