Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, experience with macros and databases, performing Excel calculations using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros, Knowledge of AI tools.
Languages: Advanced English level.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and control system architectures, analyze data, and use Excel tools for reporting and calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvements and optimize processes.
Effective communicator with a proactive, self-driven mindset, capable of collaborating across teams and supporting proposal, sales, logistics, and finance activities.

Your Responsabilities Analyze project scope and requirements.
Follow and improve proposal development procedures, identifying opportunities to optimize and implement process enhancements.
Understand sales strategies and market conditions to recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Perform cost and technical solution analyses to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.
Develop cost, pricing, and engineering benchmarks and metrics to streamline the proposal process.
Ensure compliance with, and support adherence to, current Integrated Management System requirements, including EHS and Quality policies, procedures, guidelines, and competencies.
