Description Purpose of the Position Lead the development and execution of the commercial and technical Value Proposition for the Crop Protection portfolio in Fruits equivalent extensive professional experience may be considered.
Experience Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the Crop Protection business.
Demonstrated experience in agribusiness, Crop Protection portfolio management, and product positioning.
Experience supporting innovation launches, technical-commercial value propositions, and portfolio lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of crop-related political, economic, scientific, technological, and regulatory requirements.
Experience working in a matrix organization, collaborating with local, regional, and cross-functional teams.
Experience interfacing with internal partners and external collaborators across multiple countries or markets.
