HIRING | Controls Engineer ⚙️ Controls Engineers design, develop, and support automation systems for data centers, building automation, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, wastewater, and other industries. Responsibilities include PLC programming, HMI graphical development, drawing updates, troubleshooting, system integration, testing, and technical support. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to safety and quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Required Experience – BMS / HMI / SCADA Hands-on experience with BMS, HMI, or SCADA platforms is mandatory. Experience with platforms such as Siemens Desigo CC, Ignition, FactoryTalk, or AVEVA is required. Candidates must have direct, practical experience working with at least one of these platforms. This is a critical requirement for the position.
• Responsibilities Troubleshoot process, hardware, and communication issues. Coordinate with teams to identify problems and implement solutions. Provide technical support to internal customers and vendors. Perform basic PLC programming and HMI graphical development. Update network configurations, including IP addressing and VLANs.



Integrate equipment using Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, and other protocols. Read electrical schematics and update drawings. Perform system integration, network communication, and testing. Take electrical measurements, including voltage and current. Work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision. Travel domestically and internationally as required. Meet project milestones, deadlines, safety, and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Additional Qualifications Experience with AutoCAD. Knowledge of networking, VLANs, and Windows operating systems. Understanding of electrical installations and wiring practices. Ability to interpret customer specifications and project requirements. Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn. ? Education Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls Engineering, or a related field. Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience. ?
