OutSystems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Success Manager who is bilingual in Spanish and English, to balance strong trust relationships with customers across Mexico, Puerto Rico and Chile.

You will guide their IT teams through technology adoption, assist with solution architecture, and liaise with Technical Support, R&D;, Sales, and Professional Services to advocate for customer needs. You will design adoption plans, assess customer ecosystems, and conduct technical reviews to prevent issues,
