Phillips Connect in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a Firmware Test Engineer to ensure firmware reliability for our telematics hardware. You’ll design test plans, automate tests in Python, and work with firmware, hardware, QA, and production teams in MX and the US.

This hands-on role requires debugging, lab setup with dev boards, Raspberry Pi, GPS devices, and strong communication to improve test coverage and product quality. On-site presence and collaboration with US teams are essential.
