About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding sales team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Mexico. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of the sales process, responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads for the account executive team through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media. The adecuado candidate is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and research potential clients using various tools and databases.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine sales readiness.
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.




- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's products/services.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Requirements

- Strong desire to succeed in a sales career.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Good listening and persuasive abilities.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree is preferred.
