- Familiar with SMT, wave soldering and testing processes.

- Be familiar with the production processes of TV board cards and PCBA board cards.

- Skilled in the design of steel mesh opening and wave soldering fixtures.

- Skilled in analyzing and improving SMT, wave soldering and testing process issues.

- Familiar with factory MES systems, CAD software and common office software.

- Familiar with the seven IE techniques, process control plans, and PMFEA.

- Responsible for training and promoting the application of lean production tools.

- Responsible for organizing and implementing advanced production management practices such as lean production and 5S.

- Organize and lead workshops to advance lean production according to plans, streamline manpower, and enhance efficiency.

- Assess customer returns,



analyze root cause and solve production line process problems.

- Improve product quality and reduce production cost through process optimization.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or above

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

More than 5years of working experience in PE and IE, with vigente cases of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects

LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY:

Fluent in communicationand writing

COMPUTER USAGE:

very proficient

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

Have the ability to withstand pressure and relevant qualification certificates for PE and IE，Familiar with the IPC610 standard
