Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements across client engagements, product teams, and engineers. You’ll run discovery, map processes, and write user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure solutions address real needs.
You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA, supporting estimation, scoping, and sprint planning while ensuring compliance and audit considerations.
