Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in its Operations network to lead a team of 50 to 100 Amazon Associates in a fulfillment center. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring safe, accurate and timely order fulfillment while upholding Amazon’s customer-centric standards.
You will implement process improvements using Lean techniques, manage performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functionally with site leadership to meet demand.
