Job Description
We are seeking motivated final-year students to join our Accounts Payable team in Guadalajara.
This internship offers hands‐on experience in a fast‐paced, integral finance operations environment.
As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real processes that impact our business, build practical accounts payable skills, and prepare for a potential full-time career after graduation.

Key Responsibilities




Process and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting systemMatch invoices to purchase orders and receipts and flag discrepanciesSupport vendor statement reviews and account reconciliationsRespond to internal and supplier inquiries on payment statusOrganize and maintain accounting documentation and filesSupport month‐end close activities and reportingParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesQualifications:Final‐year bachelor's student with an expected graduation date of December *
* or January in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of accounting terminology and how it applies in the workplaceStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat
