- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define and visualize user flows and interactions.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.




- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into exceptional user experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and performance data.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design insights.
- Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
