Job Description
We are seeking motivated final-year students to join our Logistics team in Guadalajara.
This internship offers hands-on experience in transactional logistics operations within a fast-paced, general environment supporting international clients.
As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real processes that impact our business, take part in a structured learning experience, and prepare for a potential full-time career after graduation.

Key Responsibilities




Review shipment records and documentation to ensure accuracyTrack shipments and investigate discrepancies or delaysAssess whether a claim should be filed on behalf of the client and support the claims process for reimbursementMake informed decisions and elevate complex cases when neededDocument findings and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with team members and share ideas in group discussionsParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesQualifications:Final-year bachelor's student with an expected graduation date of December *
