Role: Senior IT Project Manager

PMP, large-scale project management Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech We are looking for one experienced IT Project Manager to join a general transformation programme within a leading international travel retail organisation. The Project Manager will take ownership of the regional delivery of a major global IT solution, ensuring successful implementation across a complex and highly integrated business environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and delivery of the assigned regional workstream / scope within the global programme, ensuring alignment with the overall programme strategy, roadmap and standards.
• Own project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, resources and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business functions, including Store Operations, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, POS, ERP and other relevant areas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on progress, risks, issues and decisions.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, ensuring appropriate mitigation and resolution.
• Operate confidently in a large-scale, international and challenging transformation environment, adapting priorities as required.




• Mandatory Skills
• 5–10 years of proven IT project management experience, ideally gained within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex, multi-functional and/or multi-country IT projects.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience working within an IT department is essential.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, risk and issue management, dependencies, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership and drive delivery in changing, challenging and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with senior-level stakeholders and executives. Language Requirements Mandatory (Read/Write and Speak).
• Fluent English.
