Brief Description:
• The Production Supervisor will coordinate and manage the L1/Wood crew at NMBS – JZ to meet customer requirements while fully adhering to company policies, including Safety, Quality, and Delivery. Responsibilities Production Supervisor:
• Be a leader to deploy and encourage full adherence to all SAFETY programs within NMBS-JZ such as Take Control of Safety.
• Hold accountable for all operational efficiency of his area; meet quality and Delivery requirements.
• Daily business process indicator tracking.
• Active interaction with all other areas to coordinate daily production schedules.
• Leading continuous improvement projects.
• Resource management to successfully meet company goals.




• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new employees and full integration into our NMBS-JZ production system. Required Skills
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel & PPT. Comfortable consolidating multiple sets of data.
• Well-organized; strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English–Spanish, preferably
• Self-directed, positive attitude, and willing to grow. Preferred
