Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy and Sustainable Development, or a related field.
• Preference for candidates who have participated in extracurricular activities or have internship/co-op experience in engineering, renewable energy, or project-based environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage analytical processes. Knowledge of AI tools, Power BI, and Microsoft SharePoint is considered an advantage.
• Advanced English required. Portuguese is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, teamwork, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills. Your Responsibilities
• Support the performance improvement project for the installed wind turbine fleet across Latin America, with the objective of enhancing fleet performance in terms of availability, material consumption, quality issues, and cost per turbine per year.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and statistics for monthly performance reviews published on SharePoint.




• Analyze and report on Windhub cases (internal ticketing system), generating insights and performance metrics.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Contributes to reducing the team's workload by optimizing processes and leveraging AI to manage Windhub cases related to logistics and similar topics. Let´s Talk
