The Controller leads accounting, financial reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, consolidation, and internal controls for Alliance Air Products. Ensures accurate, timely financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and corporate requirements.
Serves as the primary accounting partner to executive leadership and Daikin corporate finance. Oversees accounting policies, financial close, audits, and consistent financial practices across U.
S. and Mexico operations. Develops the controllership team and partners cross-functionally to improve profitability, working capital, cash flow, and operational discipline.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure financial reporting integrity and compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and accounting policies.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, production costs, variances, and margin analysis across plants and product lines.
• Establish inventory accounting and control standards, overseeing counts, valuation, reserves,



and variance resolution.
• Lead internal controls and financial governance, ensuring effective policies, reconciliations, and corrective actions.
• Lead audit coordination and support tax and corporate finance requirements, ensuring timely statutory and corporate reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition and period cut-off, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 and company policies across commercial arrangements.
• Partner with FP&A; and executive leadership on financial planning, cash flow, working capital, and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions. Requirements
• Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• +12 years of experience in similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and standard costing methodologies.
• Familiarity with inventory management, valuation, and control processes.
