At AC MX, we are looking for an adecuado candidate to lead our Tax Practice supporting US clients, primarily within Corporate Tax, Financial Services, and Tax Technology Organization (TIDE
- Technology Innovation Delivery Excellence). As the leader of the Tax Services team, you will lead the strategic direction and operations of the Tax practice in Mexico. As a director, you will drive business growth, oversee multiple projects, and maintain significant executive-level client relations while fostering an inclusive environment that nurtures talent and promotes continuous learning. The leader will be responsible for strengthening the culture of openness, inclusivity and belonging; upskilling and enhancing the practice value proposition, and act as an internal champion to deepen the cultural awareness while collaborating with PwC offices around the world.
