Up to MXN $35,000 gross per month Join our Finance Team At DwyerOmega, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Mexico. This is an opportunity to be part of an international organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.

What you'll do
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
• Analyze customer creditworthiness and credit risks.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments.
• Communicate with domestic and international customers regarding collections.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Prepare aging reports and monitor collection performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit and collections processes. What we're looking for:




• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – required.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
