You will report directly to our CX Manager and work out of our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and compliance of customer data, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery. Responsibilities
• Maintain and update customer master data accurately
• Verify documentation compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform necessary configurations and upload tax certificates
• Support shipment management and related process follow-ups
• Extract data reports and improve Power BI tools, including dashboards Qualifications
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Strong data analysis skills
• Understanding of how global companies operate and business details
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow established processes
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to handle customer interactions and provide effective support
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business,



Engineering, or related field
