Bayer in Mexico City is seeking a Commercial Product Developer to lead the Crop Protection portfolio for Fruits & Vegetables in the NORLA cluster, shaping the technical and commercial value propositions and driving three-year launch plans.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Field Solutions, Regulatory, ARI and other regional teams to optimize portfolio performance, ensure market access, and align asset strategies across LATAM.
