Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Finance Program Manager leader with a strong foundation in data analytics and financial management to drive strategic initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights. You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.
Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives
Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution
Establish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs
Own project financials include: Budget planning and forecasting Cost tracking and variance analysis
Partner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects




Drive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics
Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, general manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.
