Valeo is seeking a Site HR Business Partner Manager to lead employee relations and labour relations at the San Luis Potosí site. You will advise on ER topics and ensure alignment with general HR policies while supporting the legal entity's people agenda.
You will work with unions, the Legal Department, and HR teams to design communication strategies, manage social files, and coach managers on ER practices, ensuring compliance and a safe, respectful workplace.
