The Role

A senior commercial marketing position responsible for driving growth, customer acquisition and retention , while shaping the overall marketing strategy for the Mexican market. The role will also oversee budgets, team development and the delivery of measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the market's marketing and growth strategy.
- Drive acquisition, retention and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee CRM, Affiliates, Content and Digital Marketing .
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise investment.
- Use market, customer and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop the brand and strengthen its market position.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance and ROI.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance and senior leadership .
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

- Proven leadership experience across marketing,



growth or customer acquisition .
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, affiliates and acquisition channels.
- Experience managing teams, budgets and commercially significant projects.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
