Role Description The AI Strategy Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on advising internal teams and clients on how to leverage AI to enhance recruitment processes, talent matching, and workforce planning.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing business needs, mapping them to AI capabilities, and designing practical solutions that improve efficiency and fairness in hiring. The consultant will analyze data, develop AI-driven use cases, create implementation roadmaps, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful execution. The role also involves preparing clear documentation, presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders,



and staying current on AI trends and regulations relevant to talent acquisition and HR technology.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in AI strategy development, digital transformation, and technology consulting, with a strong understanding of how AI can be applied in recruitment and HR.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and business case development, including the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in project planning, roadmap creation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in market and competitive research, trend monitoring, and risk assessment related to AI in recruitment and workforce management.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized AI training is an advantage.
- Experience working with or within HR tech, recruitment platforms, or AI-powered SaaS products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Mexico City, with strong self-management and collaboration skills; professional proficiency in English, and Spanish is a plus.
