About the Opportunity

American Service Pets is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Call Center Sales Representative who knows how to build rapport, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and confidently guide customers toward a purchase.

We are looking for someone who can do more than answer calls. We want a confident communicator who can turn customer inquiries into sales opportunities while delivering a professional, positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs, explain available services, and guide customers through the application and purchasing process.
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Use effective sales techniques to overcome objections, answer questions, and close sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers to help convert qualified leads into completed purchases.
- Meet established sales targets, performance goals, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
- Deliver professional customer service while following company policies and procedures.

Schedule
- Working hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
- Days off: Wednesday and Sunday
- Some holidays are required.
- Consistent 40-hour workweek.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience.




- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or a call center environment.
- Strong closing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent spoken English, listening, and communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone presence.
- Ability to build customer rapport and guide conversations toward a sale without sacrificing customer trust.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to be coached.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Personal computer and a suitable home office setup.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain a professional remote work environment.
