At DwyerOmega, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Mexico.
This is an opportunity to be part of an international organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.
What you'll do:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and credit risks.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments.
- Communicate with domestic and international customers regarding collections.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
- Prepare aging reports and monitor collection performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve credit and collections processes.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – required.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in B2B collections or multinational environments is a plus.
