Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Santa Fe, Mexico

Experience: 0–1 years

Position Summary:

Entry level AI Engineer to develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions. The idóneo candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, software development, and Generative AI, and is eager to learn while working with experienced engineers on enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Languages: Strict proficiency in both Python and Node.js is required.
- AI Orchestration: Demonstrated knowledge of agentic patterns, including state machines (LangGraph), tool calling,



and multi-agent coordination.
- Security & Evaluation: Experience with Guardrailing frameworks and Evaluation tools.
- Data & Retrieval: Strong understanding of Vector Databases , embedding models, and semantic search algorithms. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is also required.
- Cloud & DevOps: Functional knowledge of AWS and Azure services and containerization tools like Docker .
- Test, optimize, and monitor AI model performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
- Document technical designs and solutions.

Qualifications

- Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Prior professional experience or significant research/project experience in Generative AI or Full Stack Development is preferred.
- Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate past work or research involving the end-to-end implementation of LLM-based applications.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Exposure to LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Biligunal is preferred English and Spanish.
