This role is within Chamberlain Groups Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to i Develop, maintain and execute sourcing strategies by assisting Sourcing leadership by building strong relationship with preferred suppliers as the primary contact, and assuring company compliance to policies, and ii Facilitate decisionmaking and alignment on New Product Development projects or sourcing issues, presenting options, risk scenarios and recommendations to the team. Requires 5 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.

Develop, maintain and execute sourcing strategies by assisting Sourcing leadership by building strong relationship with preferred suppliers as the primary contact, and assuring company compliance to policies
Facilitate decisionmaking and alignment on New Product Development projects or sourcing issues, presenting options, risk scenarios and recommendations to the team
Manage New Product Development and productivity projects roadmaps for assigned categories identify costreduction opportunities
Identify and select sources to support new programs and product launches
Assess supplier requirements, core competencies, and capacities to make recommendations to the Sourcing leaders
Create, update and negotiate provisions of supplier contractual agreements in alignment with Sourcing initiatives while working with crossfunctional departments




Review reports of industry trade publications and trends and determine appropriate action plans
Work with Supplier Quality Engineering to ensure supplier quality improvement plans are undertaken and results reported when quality slips below predetermined threshold
Monitor supplier scorecard by measuring key performance indicators and resolving issues to improve supplier performance
Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
