The Customer Care Representative supports clients, suppliers, and technicians by confirming purchase orders, verifying prices, tracking shipments, and handling returns and cancellations. Responsibilities also include updating ERP records, managing tickets in Oracle Service Cloud, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and meet performance goals.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site.
- Base salary: MXN $17,499.15 gross monthly
- Benefits: bonus depending on performance metrics, food vouchers, and legally required benefits.
