Customer Sales JD

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Generate new customer leads through calls, messages, referrals, online & other channels.

Contact/Onboard potential customers and explain FR8's services.

Understand customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers for first 3 loads.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed business.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Prepare and share quotations, service details, and relevant information with customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely closure.

Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and customer requirements.

Field work is necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
