: Position Overview DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join a delivery team supporting application development and cloud operations initiatives across LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting Kubernetes environments, and enabling modern cloud-native application delivery practices. The role includes direct interaction with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and client representatives, requiring excellent communication skills in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Configure and manage Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Support application lifecycle management activities.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
- Implement DevOps best practices across development teams.
- Deploy and support applications running on Kubernetes platforms.
- Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
- Monitor application and platform performance.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Groovy.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.
- Serve as a Spanish-speaking point of contact when required by stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise software development environments.
- Strong experience implementing CI/CD platforms.
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Experience supporting cloud-native applications.

Working
Model - Remote within LATAM.
