At USI Mexico , a general leader in electronics manufacturing solutions, we are seeking a Quality Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the plant's Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 , and others. Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality performance targets, customer satisfaction goals, and defect reduction objectives. Lead internal, external, and customer audits. Manage cross-functional teams within Quality, Quality Engineering, and Management Systems. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8 D, PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, and Control Plans . Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, lowering quality costs, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Address customer requirements and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. More than 8 years of experience in Quality leadership roles within the electronics manufacturing or industrial sector. Proven experience leading quality teams in high-volume manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and 8 D . Advanced English communication skills for interaction with customers and corporate teams. Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
