GoHighLevel CRM Migration & Automation Specialist

Compensation: 20,000 MXN/month (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with availability during U.S. business hours

About the Role

Tele-Help-Ing is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to lead our transition from HubSpot to GoHighLevel.

This is a 90-day, project-based opportunity focused on CRM migration, workflow automation, system integrations, and operational efficiency.

We need someone who can take ownership of the implementation, recommend improvements, and deliver a fully functional CRM that our sales, recruiting, and operations teams can use independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Migration & Configuration

- Migrate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and relevant historical data from HubSpot.
- Configure GHL pipelines, custom fields, tags, permissions, and user accounts.
- Rebuild essential forms, calendars, and landing pages.
- Configure email domains, phone numbers, SMS, and communication channels.

2. Workflow & Automation Development

- Build automated lead capture, qualification, assignment, and follow-up sequences.
- Automate appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and missed-call follow-ups.
- Create sales pipeline automations and internal notifications.
- Develop client onboarding and operational workflows.
- Integrate GHL with existing software using native integrations, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or APIs.

3. Testing & Optimization

- Test all migrated data, workflows, and integrations.
- Identify and resolve errors before deployment.
- Improve existing processes and eliminate unnecessary manual tasks.
- Build reporting dashboards for sales activity, conversions, and pipeline performance.

4. Documentation & Training





- Create clear SOPs and documentation for all major workflows.
- Train internal team members on daily GHL operations.
- Provide troubleshooting support during implementation.
- Complete a structured handoff before the contract ends.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience implementing GoHighLevel.
- Experience migrating from HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Advanced knowledge of GHL workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, and integrations.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and API integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills.

90-Day Project Deliverables Days 1–30: Migration & Foundation

- Audit current HubSpot configuration and workflows.
- Complete migration planning and data mapping.
- Configure GHL accounts, pipelines, users, and communication channels.
- Begin data migration and essential workflow development.

Days 31–60: Automation & Implementation

- Complete priority CRM migration.
- Build and deploy sales and operational automations.
- Configure integrations, calendars, forms, and reporting.
- Test workflows with internal team members.

Days 61–90: Optimization & Handoff

- Resolve remaining technical issues.
- Optimize automations and reporting.
- Finalize documentation and SOPs.
- Train designated internal system owners.
- Deliver a tested, operational GHL environment.

What Success Looks Like By the end of the 90-day contract, Tele-Help-Ing will have a fully operational GoHighLevel CRM, essential automations functioning reliably, historical data migrated accurately, and an internal team capable of managing the system without ongoing contractor dependency.

Contract Duration: 90 days, with potential extension based on business needs and performance.
