At Ipsen, we are focused on creating real impact for patients and society. We are looking for a Head of Finance, Mexico to lead our Finance organisation and help shape its next stage of evolution.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can combine strategic business partnering, strong financial governance and a transformation mindset.

Working closely with senior business leaders, you will translate business ambition into sound financial strategy, actionable insights and disciplined execution.

What you’ll do

- Act as a strategic financial partner to senior leadership, turning financial data into clear commercial insights and decisions.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.

- Ensure strong financial governance, statutory compliance, accounting, tax and internal controls.

- Drive the evolution of Finance through digitalisation, automation and advanced analytics.

- Simplify and strengthen core financial processes.

- Use data, business intelligence and real-time reporting to improve decision-making.

- Partner across the business and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing,



forward-looking Finance team.

What you’ll bring

You are a hands-on finance leader and trusted business partner, equally comfortable challenging strategically and delivering operationally.

You Will Bring

- Significant progressive financial leadership experience.

- Strong experience in finance transformation and/or systems evolution.

- Experience working with Mexican GAAP and IFRS.

- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complexity into clear business decisions.

- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments.

- Excellent communication and change-management capabilities.

- A recognised professional finance qualification.

- Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
