Radii is a nearshoring manufacturing platform in Mexico serving the aerospace and automotive industries. We automate sourcing, quoting and quality control with AI workers.
The idóneo candidate will build and maintain full-stack applications and the AI agents behind our platform. They will design and ship agentic workflows end to end, from the backend and the user interface to the agents themselves, and they will use AI coding tools in their daily work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with Django and Python
- Build web interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Design, build and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows
- Write scalable, testable code and keep existing applications running well
- Find and fix bugs across the stack, including agent behavior in production
- Use Claude Code as part of the daily development workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- Backend development experience with Python and Django
- Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, agentic workflows or AI agents
- Experience with Claude Code and Agentic Workflows (required)
- SQL or relational database skills
- No minimum experience required; 1+ years of professional experience preferred
