About the Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and results-driven Instagram Growth Strategist to help build a personal brand from the ground up.

This isn't simply a video editing position. We're looking for someone who understands how to grow an Instagram account, create engaging content, identify trends, and build an audience.

Our long-term goal is to grow an Instagram account to 50,000–100,000+ followers and develop meaningful monetization opportunities.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the strategy, content development, and growth of the account.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an Instagram growth strategy.
- Produce approximately 12 high-quality Reels per month.
- Identify trending audio, formats, hooks, and content opportunities.
- Edit videos into compelling, engaging short-form content.
- Develop captions and content ideas.
- Monitor analytics, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Participate in weekly strategy and planning sessions.
- Help develop a recognizable and authentic personal brand.

Requirements

- Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically.
- Strong understanding of American culture, humor, trends, and audiences.
- Experience producing high-performing Instagram Reels.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas.
- Strong English communication skills.




- Experience developing personal brands is preferred.

IMPORTANT: Proven Growth Experience Required Applicants MUST provide examples of Instagram accounts they have personally helped grow.

- Timeframe in which the growth occurred.

- Starting compensation: $800–$1,000 USD per month.
- Initial 30-day trial period.
- Opportunity for increased compensation based on performance and results.

Hours & Compensation

Hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM M-F

Compensation: MX$ 14,000 - MX$ 16,000

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
