REQUIREMENTS:

- 2+ years of experience providing Tier 1 (first-level) technical support
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows workstations and Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, group management)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network issues
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, Entra ID / Azure AD or similar)
- Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk or similar)
- Conversational English level

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Intune or other device management tools
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Quick Assist)
