A leading integral technology services organization is looking for a Level 2 IT Technician to join its growing team. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring an excellent end-user experience in a fast-paced environment.

SHIFT: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM On site in Cuajimalpa.

Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and operating systems.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents through a ticketing system.
- Support Windows, Linux, and basic Microsoft Server environments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance to end users.
- Requirements
- Technical degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ year of experience in an IT support or technician role.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and ticket management systems.
- Experience with hardware repair and maintenance.




- Basic understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications Basic ITIL knowledge.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills.
