Role Description The Logistics Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations. This role coordinates inbound, outbound, and international shipments, ensures accurate and timely inventory movements, and monitors warehouse activities to support production and customer deliveries.

The Logistics

Supervisor manages a team of logistics personnel, assigns tasks, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes collaboration with internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical issues, optimize routes and processes,



and maintain clear documentation and reporting for all logistics activities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and motivate logistics and warehouse teams.
- Outbound International Logistics experience (ocean freight documentation knowledge)
- Strong Communication abilities for coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Experience in Operations Management, including planning, scheduling, and process optimization in a production or distribution environment.
- Customer Service orientation to support timely, accurate deliveries and resolve service issues effectively.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse supervision; background in food or agricultural products is an advantage.

- Proficiency with logistics and inventory software, basic data analysis, and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required; technical or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
