Manager of Agencies and Collection Offices We’re looking for a Manager of Agencies and Collection Offices to lead recovery efforts across internal teams and external agencies. You’ll improve collections performance and cash flow while ensuring every action follows legal requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities - Lead internal collection teams and coordinate external agencies.

- Develop recovery strategies, segment overdue accounts, and negotiate payment plans or restructurings.
- Monitor recovery rates, collection costs, and cash flow projections.
- Resolve complex cases, customer complaints, and high-level negotiations.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.



What you bring - Experience leading collections teams or managing external collection agencies.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of ethical collections practices and applicable regulations.
