10Pearls is seeking a Senior QA Engineer – Marketing Cloud to validate the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

This role focuses on testing customer journeys, email campaigns, personalization logic, automation workflows, data synchronization, and subscriber management processes.

The adecuado candidate will bring hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience combined with structured QA practices, ensuring that marketing solutions meet business requirements and function correctly across environments, business units, and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases for customer journeys built in Journey Builder, validating entry criteria, decision splits, wait steps, triggers, and exit rules.
- Test email campaigns, including content accuracy, dynamic personalization, and AMPscript logic.
- Validate email rendering and compatibility across different email clients, browsers, and devices using tools such as Litmus.
- Verify Data Extensions, SQL queries, segmentation logic, and data integrity.
- Test Automation Studio workflows, including scheduled automations, SQL query activities, data processing, and execution results.
- Validate data synchronization and integration processes between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Test subscriber management functionality, including subscription preferences, unsubscribe processes, and consent handling.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Marketing Cloud solutions.




- Execute tests across different Salesforce environments and Marketing Cloud Business Units.
- Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution evidence.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with developers, Marketing Cloud specialists, and business stakeholders to investigate issues and validate fixes.
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet functional requirements and expected business behavior.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Hands-on QA experience testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Experience validating customer journeys in Journey Builder, including entry criteria, decision splits, wait steps, and exit rules.
- Experience testing email content, AMPscript personalization, and dynamic content.
- Proficiency validating Data Extensions, SQL queries, and Automation Studio jobs.
- Experience testing data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Understanding of subscriber management, unsubscribe processes, and consent handling.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce environments and Marketing Cloud Business Units.
- Hands-on experience with email testing tools such as Litmus.
- Ability to create test cases, document defects, perform regression testing, and track issues through closure.
- Experience executing functional and integration testing for marketing automation workflows.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks or QA automation tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integration testing.
- Experience supporting enterprise marketing automation projects.
