A Day in the Life

As a Marketing Intern for L'Oréal Paris Zone LATAM, you will support regional brand strategy and coordinate product launch rollouts across Latin American markets, reporting to the Zone Marketing Manager.

- Support the operational execution of regional product launches, tracking launch milestones and deliverables across local brand teams.
- Assist in gathering and analysing market data, consumer insights, and competitive trends using Excel and regional reporting tools to help guide strategic decisions.
- Help coordinate integrated marketing communications (IMC) and e-commerce assets, collaborating with the Content Factory, DMI, and local marketing teams.
- Contribute to transversal regional projects, facilitating smooth communication and alignment between cross-functional teams including CMI and country brand teams.

Strong organisation and anticipation skills to follow up on regional timelines and operational tasks.
- Data & Analytical Acumen: Comfort handling datasets in Excel and creating clear, structured presentations in PowerPoint.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Clear communication skills to liaise smoothly with cross-functional teams and diverse local markets.
- Digital & E-Commerce Awareness: Understanding of digital marketing dynamics, content adaptation, and online brand activations.
