What You’ll Be DoingWe’re looking for a hands-on Mid-level Developer to strengthen our technical coverage during evening hours in Dubai. You’ll combine production support and incident troubleshooting with mobile and web development, helping keep our platform reliable while continuing to improve the client experience.

This role is adecuado for a developer who enjoys solving real-world technical problems, working independently, and building features that directly support our clients and partners.

Your Responsibilities

- Monitor production alerts and errors during your shift, investigate incidents, and resolve, contain or escalate issues as appropriate.
- Provide second-line technical support to the Support team and partner platforms by reproducing issues, investigating data and documenting findings.
- Follow and continuously improve incident management procedures and runbooks.
- Develop new features and fix bugs in our mobile application, built with React Native, Expo and TypeScript, as well as our client dashboard.
- Support mobile app releases, including builds,



app store submissions and over-the-air updates, in collaboration with QA.
- Investigate technical issues across web interfaces, APIs, databases and monitoring tools.
- Prepare clear handover notes at the end of every shift to ensure a smooth transition to the morning team.
- Work independently during evening hours while communicating effectively with colleagues and escalating issues when necessary.
- Use AI coding assistants to support development and troubleshooting workflows.

Your Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, Expo and TypeScript.
- Experience building and shipping at least one mobile application to both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Full-stack development experience, including web front ends, REST and GraphQL APIs, SQL, logs and error monitoring.
- Previous experience in production support, on-call engineering or incident troubleshooting.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, investigate issues systematically and communicate clearly when something goes wrong.
- Good written and spoken English.
- MUST: Ability to work reliably from 16:00 to 00:00 Dubai time, Monday to Friday, with a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Nice to have:

- Experience in fintech, payments, online trading or brokerage products.
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5.
- Experience with automated unit, API or end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of KYC SDKs, push notifications or mobile analytics.
- Regular use of AI coding assistants.
