What you’ll be doing:

- Assist customers over the phone to determine their needs, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information on firm services.

- Apply sales techniques to effectively persuade prospective clients to acquire firm services.

- Build lasting relationships and handle client concerns to ensure high satisfaction and trust.

What you need:

- Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills.

- Results-oriented attitude with a positive mindset and strong teamwork focus.

- Full-time availability for assigned shifts within the operational window.

- Call center or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 MXN.

What we offer you:

- Commissions: $5 USD per appointment set (paid weekly).

- Food vouchers: $1,000 MXN monthly.

- Paid time off: 5 PTO days per year.

Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off (shifts scheduled within the 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM operational window).
