Job Summary Hands-on technical lead responsible for SFCC development, sprint delivery, production support, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

- Lead SFCC developers and oversee sprint delivery.
- Design and develop SFCC Business Manager, pipelines, ISML, jobs, and integrations.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support releases.
- Manage technical dependencies, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.
- SFCC Business Manager, Pipelines, ISML, and Jobs.
- JavaScript/TypeScript.
- ReactJS.
- HTML/CSS/SASS.
- REST APIs.




- GitLab/CI/CD.
- Agile/Scrum.

Preferred: SFRA/Controllers, Next.js, React, Node.js, Mustache, retail/e-commerce, Datadog, Postman, and performance testing. Requirements These are additional requirements for the QA Lead above:

- Central Time business-hour coverage.
- Weekend rotational on-call availability if need
- Scheduled releases every other Tuesday, 10 PM 2 AM CST.
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours production support.
- Nearshore resources preferred, with Mexico preferred.
- Multi-year contract; initial SOW is one year.
