About the Job This role enters quote data in Excel and updates Shopify pages for an online store. It is a long-term position and we are hiring now.
Responsibilities
- Review quotes, compare them to source documents, and enter the data in Excel
- Update product and landing page content in Shopify as requested
- Answer routine emails, keep shared files organized, and flag missing information
Required
- 2+ years of recent administrative or data entry experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Shopify experience, including landing page edits
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Works independently
Preferred
- Experience with WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Ecommerce operations or online store content experience
