Overview: Design the data and AI solution architecture for our client’s AI programs, working with data scientists and engineers to move solutions from POC to MVP-ready artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Define solution and data architecture for AI prototypes and MVPs
- Design scalable, secure patterns on Azure AI Foundry and Databricks
- Partner with data scientists on retrieval, data pipelines, and integration design
- Ensure solutions are packaged and documented for handoff and operationalization
- Mentor and upskill junior data architects
- Communicate design decisions to technical and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level architecture experience in data and AI/ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure data services, and Databricks
- Experience architecting GenAI/RAG solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and integration patterns
- Track record of taking AI solutions from prototype to production
- Strong communication, collaboration, and business acumen
Preferred
- Multi-cloud experience (Azure and AWS)
- Industrial or enterprise-scale transformation experience
- Experience working under a principal architect
